Owen Frenette

My name is Owen Frenette. I've played and loved all kinds of sports growing up. I’ve thrived through 3 years of post secondary and 2 different courses of fitness related schooling. I took Fitness and Health Promotion at St. Clair College which is a direct reflection of Personal Training. Then I Studied abroad in Ireland at Munster technical university taking Coaching and Sports Performance. Which was a great experience for my Personal Training career.
